Christmas In July!!

Hello,
I have a few new Christmas card designs up on the site this week!
I think as crafters and card makers we all know that it pays to get started early on the Christmas cards as there is always so much going on nearer the time! I always plan on doing one or two each month but it never happens!
Hopefully these cute new card designs will help to inspire us all to get some done ready for the festive period.

We also have some cute new birthday designs too.

Happy Crafting

Jolly Holly Day

My Jolly Holly Day kit is now available at the Arda Cards Boutique priced £3. There's loads in it and you can use it for commercial designing with no extra licences to buy and pretty simple terms (I hate wading through complicated T&C's!!)
The graphics are all hand drawn by me (except the bows, buttons and ribbons which are colourised tubes). They feature rope arms and legs and look pretty cute if I say so myself!! I can't quite decide if I like the penguin or reindeer best!!
I'm already working on a new kit, Pinky Moo!! Don't worry though, I'll be getting on with some more Christmas kits soon. I'll rustle up a little freebie for you too.
Also while I remember, I have a few graphics available on PSPTubez. Pop over and have a look at Barry's graphics - he has a good membership offer on just now.
Take Care,
Hugs

Flannel Reindeers

My daughter Nienna is doing an Enterprise at school next term and they have to make things to sell at a Christmas craft fair to raise money for a class trip. We've come up with lots of ideas and thought it would be good to try a few out. Our favourite one was these gorgeous flannel and soap reindeers.
To make them you need a flannel and bar of soap. Put the soap in the middle of the flannel and then roll the front and back corners and perch the rolls on top of the soap. Then gather up the other two corners and tie with ribbon to make the ears. We made antlers using pipe cleaners and pushed them into the top.
Then stick on googly eyes and a pom pom nose. Theo added a bell to his reindeer and a pipe cleaner mouth.
I hope you like them as much as we do!

Jolly Holly Days Kit Sneak Peak

Morning
Well the kids and I have been busy doing some Christmasy crafts over the holidays. I'll post a photo of their absolutely gorgeous soap and flannel reindeers later (once I've charged the camera up!).
But all this Christmas preparation has really got me in the mood (we've even had the Christmas music on!!) so here's a sneak peak of my latest kit "Jolly Holly Days".
I still need to draw a few more graphics and do some papers and word art but hopefully it'll be ready for release very soon.
